Well it finally feels like winter is ready to take its hold on Canada. It’s been a great fall though, and there’s plenty of news to share! The month of October was spent mainly in Toronto, where the duo worked a residency at the legendary Cameron House. Amazing times were had by all, and on the final showing, the whole band (Matt Blackie on drums and Moses Gregg on bass) was there, and the place was rammed!
In other news, the new record OUR GHOSTS WILL FILL THESE WALLS has received many glowing reviews including the first from overseas by Americana UK.
After nearly 6 weeks on the National !Earshot! Campus Radio Folk / Roots charts, OUR GHOSTS WILL FILL THESE WALLS has started to move up! Now sitting at No. 7 – up from No. 8 last week.
Also, Jesse & Jacquie would like to announce that the band will be heading up North in March 2012 for their first ever tour of the Yukon & Alaska. Stay tuned for all the tour dates.
On another note, Jesse Dee & Jacquie B have been selected to perform in the 2012 EPCOR Trans-Canada Alberta Music Series. They will be showcasing with the full band and will also accompany beloved friend and songwriter Scott Cook on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at 7:30pm.
